Terms of service
These Terms explain the rules for using PrepBot and its paid plans. Effective September 7, 2026.
PrepBot provides interview-practice tools, coaching, reports, and related preparation features. It is for personal, educational, and professional-development use. You must use it lawfully, provide accurate account information, and be at least 13 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give PrepBot permission to process that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Only upload material you have the right to use.
Do not use PrepBot to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, upload malware, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the service, submit unlawful or discriminatory content, or use automated means to abuse the product. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or security reasons.
PrepBot’s feedback is generated to help you practice. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your particular situation. It is not legal, employment, admissions, financial, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee an interview, offer, admission decision, or other outcome. You remain responsible for your preparation and decisions.
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Before purchase, checkout identifies the applicable price and billing interval. A paid subscription renews automatically at the stated interval until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal available in your PrepBot plan settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe or applicable law states otherwise. Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and any terms displayed at checkout.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of PrepBot, including features, plans, and limits. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes when practical. The service is provided on an “as available” basis, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepBot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepBot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may revise these Terms as PrepBot evolves. If a change is material, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated Terms. For questions, billing support, or notices, contact contactprepbot@gmail.com.
